Seeking full-time Sales Associates at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in West Chester, Ohio. Fast paced and exciting Spa Sales position in an upscale spa setting on Tylersville Road.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate who is a team player willing to educate and promote our healthy lifestyle program to spa guests. You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program! This is a sales-heavy position that rewards heavily for sales performance! Uncapped bonus potential for all sales + hourly pay.

Sales Associate Requirements:

• One year of sales experience
• Ability to hit sales goals
• Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales
• Looking for a team player and a positive/energetic attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program
• Multi-task in busy setting
• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Computer Skills are a must.
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
• Professionalism
